Illyricum was a geographical notion of varying extend.
At some time it covered both Dalmatia and Pannonia, at other times it was not a province anymore.
I usually follow the classical authors. If they write a place is located in Illyricum it will be included as such.
But places in the neighbourhoud might be found in Dalmatia or Pannonia.
