Short history of the Huns
They were probably from Turkish origin.
During their moving West the Huns had created a wave of invasions. Lead by
Atilla the Huns crossed in 451 the Rhine.
However, they were beaten by Aetius and allies, among which was
Theodoric I
king of the Visigoths, in the Battle of Catalaunic Field
